Arrow Puzzle: Tap & Escape
Last updated: August 1, 2026

This page explains what happens to information when you play Arrow Puzzle: Tap & Escape (the “App”). The App is made and published by AE Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). We have tried to write it in normal language rather than legal shorthand. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

The short version

What stays on your device

Everything about how you play is stored in the App’s own storage on your phone or tablet. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot see it. That includes:

If you uninstall the App, or clear its storage in your device settings, all of this is deleted. There is no cloud backup and no way for us to restore it, so uninstalling really does mean starting over.

What is collected, and by whom

We do not run our own servers and we do not keep a database of players. The information below is collected by the companies whose services the App uses. We only ever see it as anonymous totals — for example “this many ads were shown yesterday”, never “this person saw this ad”.

What Who collects it Why
Your device’s advertising ID (a resettable ID your phone provides), IP address, device model, operating system, language, general region, and how you interacted with an ad Google, as our advertising partner (AdMob) To choose which ad to show, to count views and taps, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to detect fraud and invalid traffic
A random installation identifier created by Firebase, plus basic technical details such as your App version and operating system version (Android only) Google, through Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Installations So the App can check whether the version you have installed is still supported, and prompt you to update if it is not
Your purchase of the ad-free upgrade, and the receipt for it Google Play or the Apple App Store To take the payment, to confirm to the App that you bought it, and to restore it if you reinstall

The advertising ID is not your name, phone number, or email. It is a random ID that belongs to your device, and you can reset or delete it at any time in your device settings. We never receive it.

Why we are allowed to do this (for players in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Your choices about ads

You are in control here, and none of these choices stops you playing.

California residents: we do not sell your personal information for money. Showing you personalized ads is treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. Declining the consent screen, turning off tracking on iOS, deleting your advertising ID on Android, or buying the ad-free upgrade all stop that sharing. You can also email us to ask us to record your opt-out. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

What we never collect

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to data brokers. The only companies involved are the ones needed to run the App:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of players. If the App is ever sold or transferred to another company, this policy travels with it and we will say so on this page before anything changes.

Where information goes

Google and Apple are global companies and process data on servers in several countries, including the United States. When information about players in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland is transferred outside those regions, those companies rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Their privacy pages, linked above, describe this in detail.

How long things are kept

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, to withdraw consent you gave earlier, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Players in California additionally have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing.

Because we hold no player database, the fastest route for most requests is:

You are welcome to email us at atakanengineer@gmail.com and we will help, including passing a request on where we can. We will respond within the time your local law allows, and normally much sooner. We may need to ask a question or two to understand which device you mean, since we hold no record identifying you.

Children

The App is intended for players aged 13 and over, and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, email us: we will delete what we can and show you how to remove the rest from the device.

Keeping information safe

The strongest protection here is structural: almost nothing about you leaves your device, so there is very little to lose. What does travel — ad requests, the version check, purchases — is sent over encrypted connections and handled on Google’s and Apple’s infrastructure under their own security programmes. No system is perfectly secure, but the App is built to hold as little as possible in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the change is significant — a new kind of data collection, for example — we will publish the updated page before that change reaches players, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent first.
